I contacted two top managers regarding this issue. Not a word or acknowledgment. DO NOT DEAL with ORANGE.

Orange in France totally useless x connection broken weekly x no customer care or interest x cancelling contract and moving to another provider x
although we have been with them for many years ( not sure why !) really not bothered about trying to find out the problem . Cancelling account and using another provider Orange are a disgrace
